Lisa Adams is a Co-Owner and Financial Advisor at Rockwood Stone Wealth Management where she utilizes her passion of finance to empower others to take control of their money, invest and create realistic financial plans to grow a comfortable nest egg for their future goals. She specializes in encouraging and teaching women to be involved in their portfolios and finances so they can feel confident making financial decisions on their own.
Lisa is also the Co-founder of Business Women of Pocatello where she advocates for local business women to be involved with each other's professions, cheer for one another and encourage women to commit to leadership roles within their companies as well as our community.
Because she thrives on the feeling of being involved with our community, Lisa is also heavily involved with Zonta, serves on the Chamber Champs committee, and on the Chamber Leadership Board.
In May of 2021, Lisa also graduated from the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber Leadership Program.
Outside of her commitment to helping others, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, their two golden retrievers, close friends and family, especially her nieces and nephews. Game night, travel, skiing, adventure, nature and long hikes with her husband excite her soul, when it comes to her hobbies.

Amy Ciciliot is the SVP/COO at the Lookout Credit Union . This is Amy’s 23rd year in the credit union industry. All 22 years have been served at Lookout. Amy has held numerous positions at Lookout. She started as a teller and quickly moved to the lending department as a loan processor, loan officer, senior loan officer, indirect lending officer, and for seven years held the title of branch manager. During that time she managed three different branches for the credit union. She is the recipient of the credit union’s President’s Award in 2008 as well as 2015. She is also the 2019 Eastern Idaho Women of Influence in Banking and Finance award winner.
Amy graduated as a member of the Omicron class at Western CUNA Management School (WCMS) in 2017. She served as her class’s secretary her final year at WCMS. She returned as a graduate assistant for the Sigma class in 2018 and was a GA for the Upsilon class for the first virtual session of WCMS in 2021. She is a 2010 graduate of Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance. She completed this degree attending school part time and working full time at the credit union. She is a member of the Idaho Falls Civitan Club and the President of the Greater Idaho Falls Area ISU Alumni Association.
A native Nebraskan, Amy is a huge fan of Husker football on Saturdays and along with her husband, Mario, spends her Sundays during football season cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. She is the proud step mom and step mother in law to Mario and his husband Jason, Megan and her husband Jake, and Madison and her husband Tanner She is the dotting Meme to twin grandsons Easton and Emmitt, their brother Enzo and their cousins Colter and Collins.
When Amy is not serving the team and members of Lookout Credit union or watching football, she can be found reading books, spending time in the gym or running, riding around the hills of south east Idaho with Mario in his UTV or traveling.

Kristine McCarty is the Director of Graduate Studies for the College of Business at Idaho State University, where she oversees the Master of Business Administration, Master of Accountancy, and Master of Healthcare Administration programs. She also teaches an introductory business course. She is passionate about helping women pursue education in business to help them on their road to success.
Kristine earned her Master of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from ISU in 2017 and previously earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in marketing. Kristine is a graduate of the Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck program, and she is a co-founder of the Elevate Leadership Summit, the premier leadership conference in southeast Idaho. Kristine serves on the board for the Elevate Leadership Summit, Business Women of Pocatello, and Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck. She is also on the curriculum committee for LEAP. In her free time, Kristine enjoys travelling, reading, and running. She spends as much time as possible with her two dogs, Padfoot and Odin, and her boyfriend Bobby. |
Kathryn Dye is the Meals on Wheels Director at SEICAA, where they provide nutritious meals and emotional support to homebound seniors and disabled persons. Her passion for human kindness and volunteerism keeps her busy. Kathryn is a 2020 Leadership Pocatello Graduate, serves on the Leadership Board of Directors for the Youth Leadership, LEAP, KIND Community Board, Marketing Board Director for Business Women of Pocatello and a Chamber Chief.
When she isn’t volunteering, she likes to spend her time with family and friends, camping, hiking, concerts, and various other hobbies. |
Rachael Daniels is the Education Curator at Zoo Idaho. She moved to Pocatello in 2017 for the position at the zoo and has enjoyed developing zoo programming, events, and marketing. Before arriving in Pocatello, Rachael held various positions within her field of marine biology all over the United States and abroad. Rachael’s background is in experiential education and marine biology. She has a passion for conservation and the environment. She believes the best way to promote conservation is through education. Rachael has developed a love for Idaho wildlife and the amazing outdoor spaces Idaho provides. Rachael is working to preserve Idaho habitats through conservation and education.
Wherever Rachael moves, she has a passion for helping to elevate the communities that she lives in. Rachael is currently serving on a variety of boards and committees in Pocatello, including: Co- Chair & Co-founder of Gate City Young Professionals, Vice President of Kind Community, Treasurer of Business Women of Pocatello, Chamber Champs, Leadership Pocatello/Chubbuck, Portneuf Valley Environmental Fair Committee, & PHS Ecology and Natural Resources Technical Advisory Committee. Rachael has served on the board of Capitol Community Partners for the past 9 years and the DC Environmental Literacy Committee in her previous community of the District of Columbia. Through Rachael’s various leadership positions, she hopes to create a diverse, powerful community; who will enhance Pocatello and create positive change within themselves and each other. |
Susan was born and raised in the Pocatello area. Ever since Susan was young she had a passion for all things beauty-related. Susan got an early start to parenthood at the age of 16 but refused to let that slow her down. She graduated high school in 2004 with her one-year-old son at her side. After 10 years of bartending and raising children as a single mom to three and giving few Years to ISU for nursing Susan gave into her passion, dropped out of the Medical Tech program, and went to Cosmetology school.
After graduating cosmetology school Susan quickly started booth renting a salon while working graveyards at a local home health agency, and waitressing on the weekends. She knew she wanted to build her own business and was willing to do whatever it took to get there. With the support of her husband after 5 years of booth renting, Susan purchased Image Designers and now has a team of 11 stylists working in her salon. Susan is in the top 5% of a makeup company (Seint) that strives to help women see the beauty within themselves. Susan has remained dedicated to the beauty industry and business ownership while continuing to learn about marketing trends and empowering women not only in business but also in their personal confidence. She encourages everyone she meets to strive for their goals. Mindset and personal development are huge driving forces in creating everything we have ever wanted. |

Amanda James is a Commercial Loan Officer at Bank of Idaho, where she specializes in advising on business loan options, assessing business financials, and customizing loan packages for business clients. Amanda began her banking career fourteen years ago at Idaho Central Credit Union as a teller and quickly advanced in her career to a Commercial Banker. Amanda is passionate about supporting and educating business owners on lending and banking options to help them achieve their goals.
Amanda’s passion to support and educate business owners led her to join Business Women of Pocatello, which she has served in as a board member since its founding in 2017. Amanda has served as Treasurer, Vice President, and is now an Executive Board member. Amanda is a 2020 graduate of the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber Leadership program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Workplace Training and Leadership at Idaho State University in 2018.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, playing golf, camping, and RZR rides with her husband Jesse, and their son Nico.

Katya moved to U.S. at the beginning of freshman year in high school. She was born and raised in Russia. She graduated from ISU with Bachelors in Marketing. She met her husband through mutual friends while in high school but didn’t date until she was in college. They have been married for 9 years now and have two beautiful children with a third one on the way.
Katya is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Idaho Central Credit Union. She has been in lending for 6 years and enjoys helping people achieve their American dream of homeownership. She takes pride in being a part of the Green Team and giving back to the community.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family. Skiing in the winter and boating in the summer are a just a couple of family activities they enjoy together.

Thipsavanh Sibounma is a graduate of Idaho State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and a double minor in Political Science and History. She currently works for Lookout Credit Union as their Business Development Officer.
She is an active member of her community, serving on the JRM Foundation for Humanity as their Charity Relations Coordinator and Communications. She also serves on the Board of the Pocatello/Japanese Sister Cities Committee, as well as being Board Member of the Business Women of Pocatello. She is also an active member of the Bannock Civitans, the Chamber Education Committee, and the Pocatello/Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce. Thipsavanh is also a 2020 graduate of Pocatello/Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She is a passionate volunteer and can be actively seen helping the Idaho Food Bank, Salvation Army, Pocatello Animal Shelter, the Hunger Project, Valley Mission, various diversity clubs at ISU, and actively volunteers with Lookout Credit Union’s nationally awarded, employee-volunteer program, “Ranger Program.”

She received the 2017 Volunteer of the Year Award by Pocatello Mayor Brian Blad, the 2020 New Civitan of the Year Award, the coveted “Presidents Award” from Lookout Credit Union, and is a recipient of the 2020 Martin Luther King Jr Humanitarian Award, given by Idaho State University.
In her downtime, she spends the majority of her time out at a local events, or cheering on her son, Jaxon, who plays multiple sports for Highland High School. She also enjoys working her side business, The Charming Fig, as well as reading, bicycling, traveling, and working out. She is happiest when she is with her husband Gabe, her son Jaxon, her close friends, and her big Lao clan family.

Saydie Garcia, Membership Chair, 2023 Former Board Executive 2022 (headshot coming soon) Saydie Garcia is an executive board member with BWP and is a Commercial Underwriter with Idaho Farm Bureau. Prior to her time with Farm Bureau, Saydie worked as a mortgage loan officer with Idaho Central Credit Union. Saydie is a graduate of University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in sociology with an emphasis in criminology. She is mid-way through her MBA with Western Governor's University. Saydie is passionate about helping customers achieve financial success. In her free-time, she enjoys hanging out with her sweet nephew, golfing, and spending time with her family.
